The Story & Ethos

Owned and operated by Joey & Nada Foley, the couple left their past careers and went back to their roots of sports to help people. Joey was a D-1 football and track athlete and continues to compete in triathlons. Nada was a classically trained ballerina. Both left sports to pursue finance and modeling, respectively. But, only to take their life experience and bring it to the Pedal House experience.

Striving & Thriving

Pedal House was designed for the high-performance mentality. It is for that person that doesn’t want to be basic, but wants to be exceptional. The classes are intense. The design was not for everyone, and its always changing. One week might be heavy hills, the next might be speed or some combination of both with choreography. No data or numbers, leave your spreadsheet and technology for 45 minutes and find an escape. This is the key to the success of being challenged and the Pedal House programing. Pedal House was made to challenge you both physically and mentally. This is not about the workout, but the lifestyle. This lifestyle is why Pedal House survived the pandemic and is thriving after. When others closed or ran away, the owners leaned into the challenge to stay open at any cost.

Escape the Real-World

Each class is carefully designed to elevate your experience, whether advanced or novice. From the moment you walk into the moment you leave, Pedal House is about an experience. The exercise is 45, 60, or 90 minutes of rhythm-based riding with no monitors, so you can leave the electronics alone and find your active meditation. We assure you that you will perform better and push yourself without the numbers.
